2025 IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica Conference on AI and Cyber-Physical Systems will be held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province from September 19 to 21, 2025

Hosted by Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NUPT) and IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica, the conference is organized by the School of Automation, NUPT, and co-organized by School of Automation, Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NJUST), Committee of Meta-system and Meta-control of Asian Control Association (ACA), and Jiangsu Active Distribution Network Zero-carbon Operation Control Engineering Research Center.

This conference aims to provide an academic exchange platform for researchers, control engineers and postgraduates to discuss the current research hotspots and challenges of artificial intelligence and cyber-physical systems, and share the latest cutting-edge progress in intelligent modeling, control, optimization and learning.

1. Registration fee is charged for the conference. Payment standard:    CNY 3,800 per person for papers submitted (each registrant is limited to submiting1 paper), and CNY 1,500 per person for participants only.

The conference adopts online registration (scan the QR code below and fill in the registration information accurately), and all participants need to complete online registration. For transfer, please consult the registered contact person (Jing Shixiu 13915960920).

2. Invoice information provision: please fill in the invoice information (such as name and taxpayer identification number) online when registering, and issue it as an electronic invoice. The content of the invoice is "conference fee" by default, and the invoice type is general ticket by default.

Special note: no refund is allowed after payment, and all invoices will be sent by mail within two weeks after the meeting.

2.   Nanjing South Railway Station-Nanjing Xindi Hotel: 27 kilometers away, about 40 minutes by taxi from 70 yuan.

Public transportation (time: about 1 hour and 10 minutes): Nanjing South Railway Station takes Line 3 (8 stops-get off at Daxing Palace Station), then transfers to Line 2 (via Tianlu Road) and 11 stops-Xianlin Central Station (exit 2), and walks for 830 meters to reach Xindi Hotel.
